This government contractor was in need of a space to showcase their product to potential clients. The design scope for this project comprised of 10,000 SF of client interaction space and 10,000 SF of office space. The client interaction areas include a lobby, demonstration theater, conference room and lounge room. The client was provided programming, space planning, furniture layout, finish sections, design presentations, construction documents, and construction administration. This project is currently under construction.
